Quite apparently the BORK is a crazy item, Now with the item applying On-Hit lifesteal on top of whatever else crazy shit is going on.

Most physical damage dealing on-hit effects applied Lifesteal, and making Thornmail a Sunfire Cape variant is a terrible idea. That won't stop fighters: THAT'LL MAKE THEM INDESTRUCTIBLE ON TOP OF BEING ABLE TO DELETE EVERYONE.
