Any Chance of Getting New Summoner Spells?
I am thinking like a few to a handcount of em.

If I remember right, on Surrender@20 a few weeks ago they were saying RITO was testing a new summoner spell that's basically the poro toss from Legend of the Poro King. It would only be on ARAM though, but it's something.
Only if there is an explicit need for one. The poro toss summoner spell that was mentioned for ARAM was planned because it greatly increases the presence of melee champions in a range/poke dominated game mode, thus increasing the number of viable champions for the game mode (generally a very good thing).
