But why does Runnans give 7%?

I mean if you think about it, each gives a characteristic that has its own purpose but why does runans get 7%? Granted it's not a LOT, but I keep thinking about it.

Because the first two go vroom, but Runnan's little two bolts both come with a little vroom so instead of VROOM you get a VROOM... vroom vroom.

Tbh I don't think any of them should give move speed except for Phantom Dancer. Zeal items tend to make ADCs uncatchable and inescapable.

Why does Phantom Dancer cost 50 less than Runaan's, Statikk, and RFC? It's super minuscule, but it just kinda... is.

I dunno... but this is also the reason I got for item 3085 that Extra 2% helps when most ADCs only have 325 movement speed.

And it is cheaper

The idea, for my guess, is that Runaan's gives you slightly more MS to make up for the fact that of the three, it doesn't boost damage against a single target. RFC is best against one, so it gets the bonus range. SS is the middle ground, so it evens out. And Runaan's lets you hit more people consistently, so you get to move a bit faster.

That's so weird, I thought they normalized them all and made them 5.

Yeah, it should definitely be changed to match the others.

Maybe it's like this Runnan's doesn't increase your damage to the target you're hitting so let's give it some more M/S so that people don't feel bad about buying it.
