Anivia Q Mini Rework

So I main, Anivia, and to be honest, I'm kind of skeptical about her mini rework. But as a player that does nothing but play this champion, I would like to giving a suggestion a shot (first time posting here, not really sure what I'm doing -~-) So as we all I know Anivia is pretty mana Hungry when it comes to using her abilities. Getting straight to the point, here is what I think would be a somewhat of a cool change to Anivia's Q.

Basically when you use Anivia's Q it would cost 80 mana, but instead of that it could cost 70 to throw the Q and another 10 to detonate it. This would be kind of nice to have so there could be a new play style when using her Q. For example when you want to farm with her Q would you take the extra second to move back further away to land her Q without the need to detonate it so you can save that precious 10 mana? Or another example is trying to stun someone from max range from her Q so you can also save mana, but it would be harder to land.

I don't know, thoughts?

not an anivia main but i have played her and i kinda like this idea the only thing being how almost insignificant this change is... she still uses a ton of mana and its not as if it will rlly help if 10 mana is saved.

I'd rather have the double-hit on it removed so it can be made more reliable (i.e. a faster travel time)

From what I've seen/tried the new items do wonders for her, along with the water dragon if it's lucky enough to spawn in that game.
