Rift Herald should be eaten up by Baron just before Baron Spawns

At 19:45 the Rift Herald just dies on the spot if he isn't fought. I think this is kind of silly and it should instead be replaced by Baron pulling him into the crack and Baron jumps up and makes his spawn.
