Clarity Suggestion

I was playing Renekton in an ARAM and I had the thought. For every champion that uses Fury, it decays after a while. For Renekton, it's after 8 seconds of not dealing or taking damage.

Normally, you need to count these seconds out, which isn't interesting or fun, just sort of a chore. I think putting a cooldown indicator on the Passive icon would help make it clearer as to when the Fury would start decaying.

Such a mechanic could be cool on Mordekaiser, for when his shield is going to start decaying, and Graves, for when True Grit is going to fall off (Although that's a bit easier to track).
