i find that the new build path for her with ER , CDR boots and Rapid firecannon makes her almost a hypercarry with that 80 AS steroid in teamfights. i find people just bash her out too much. what do you think?
Her ult is only slightly stronger than Irelia's
Top tier-ADCs can generally do more, and what makes her unique has been nerfed pretty hard. There's not a lot of justification for bringing her, but all of the ADCs (excl: Kog'maw) are viable right now, including Sivir.
I think Sivir is strong, just kinda boring to play. Not to mention is pretty bland relative to other ADC in terms of her kit.
Short range autos - low damage - what is to like?
shes very safe vs many strong supports on bot lane like blitz morg and thresh, enemy adc is always pushed to the tower vs a sivir. i can't agree about the low damage, her q does massive damage early game, and on tf her w AS with those crits (cause she can let herself build ER and IE) deal high amounts of damage. not mentioning that her passive is amazing for kiting.
