I've got to understand something

I'm not here to complain about the new champ select being disabled and all that, shit happends what can you do. But can someone please explain me, why why to turn off team builder? the game is literally unplayable for me right now! it's like the game is back to 2009. I tell myself ok just one game on blind pick, dodge, another dodge, 2 mid no one want to give up, another dodge. I go to draft pick, it takes ages for people to ban and lock in, and - dodge. fighting over roles, Dodge once again.

This is not how you start a new season.
