There really is no excuse for Riot to not add voice comm
The whole "toxic player" excuse is moot because we can just mute players. And now with dynamic queue no voice comm puts a huge disadvantage on solo players.

I would rather not see voice chat added. The last thing that I want to hear during a game is actual flaming, porn audio playing, arguing with parents, and turning it off puts you at a disadvantage. If you want to chat so bad, just ask teammates if they have skype or curse or w/e. Plus, it would be impossible for reports and the tribunal to work because they would have to listen to long audio logs.
It's fine the way it is now.
Toxic players, increased bandwidth, reporting people for not having a mic/talking, abuse of younger players and females.
There are TONS of reasons for why not without even getting into the server side for Riot.
- Lack of microphones
- People being forced to play with low audio
- People who play league while listening to music
- Toxicity is significantly harder to be tracked
- Bandwidth increase (league is supposed to be the most accessible MOBA, this would negate a huge part of that)
- Abuse of younger players/females
- Server side issues
- Riot's spaghetti code, do you REALLY wanna have to deal with MORE of that?
- Inappropriate Audio (porn, arguments, etc.)
- Disabling voice comms puts you at a huge disadvantage

Not everyone owns a microphone, if you remove toxic players out of the equation, and assume all 10 people are complete strangers suddenly one team has 4 microphones and the other has none. meaning there would be a massive disadvantage

Did any one have read what OP wrote, besides the title? He very clearly said that theres should be a buttom to mute certain players and as I understund to not talk at all if you don't want.
