My Gangplank is very sad with this change, but my other champs are ok with it!
Erm, honestly I have no idea why you are glad, or why the change was necessary.
I wonder if it'll still be worth getting on Nasus. The removed crit is lame, the AS does nothing for him, and its already super easy to get max CDR.
