Then AP Nautilus would be viable and I don't think Riot wants that. Viable as in you would never see Tank Naut ever again like AP Yi back in the day.

AP bruiser Naut is already viable. Hell, just get a RoA and Abyssal and you'll be practically oneshotting the enemy squishy with your ult

Yeah if you get FED but that can be said with any Fed AP burst champ but that is all he needs to be. That is why you don't see naut AP normal to play, it's something for fun :D. If they buffed it, then you would start seeing Naut mid lane as the new favorite assassin. Q__Q

It completely depends actually. If it's a flat % without ratios, this would make in no way AP Naut viable but make tank Naut OP. If it's a scaling % with a big number, it might make AP Naut viable. Might.
