@Riot, can we change Sion's passive's bleeding out part?

Imo, Sion's passive last way too short due to the bleeding out part, mostly because it's draining a percentage of his maximum health each second. What I think they should do is just make it maybe a flat amount or something.

The percent bleed makes it balanced. It's a passive, it's not supposed to be massively powerful.

Yes, make it a flat amount, that way a 400+ cs Sion with a Randuins, Sunfire, and another 500 hp item (pick one, they all work on tanks) can live in passive for longer than a soraka lives in the actually fight.

The biggest problem with Sion's passive that I see is that he, even with Death Surge, still moves too slowly and is very susceptible to CC. I think that he should either be given the ability to move through creeps (he pushes them out of his way?) or be faster so he can actually catch up with his target. It's pointless early game when you get killed and the enemy player just walks away and you have no hope of catching him, or late game where you revive and just get slowed/stunned/rooted every time until you just die. Maybe have Death Surge also remove all slows/stuns/etc along with some more movement speed?

Yeah, they need to make it a flat ramping amount, rather than the current % ramping amount. That would actually reward Sion for building tanky. Also, I have no idea where the idea that it could last as long as 20 seconds came from Riot, because it definitely can't.

That bleeding out is fair. The issue is that he is that a single cc is all that is needed for his passive to become useless.

You people are being silly. The % drain invalidates Sion's common build paths becaue the more health he has, the more health he loses while bleeding out, and the harder it is to keep yourself alive with lifesteal. If I build straight AD with no health at all, I can sustain for a longass time. If I build tank, I can't sustain for shit.

Anyway, a Red already responded to a similar thread and he said they're looking into giving Sion a flat HP drain for the next patch.
