@Riot, your thoughts on the Terror of the Void

So I was hoping for a bit of context on the Cho'gath buffs on PBE. Honestly, I think the last rounds of buffs from awhile back put him in a good spot and I'm not sure he needs more. What are your opinions on his versatility in being able to go tank, mage, or a combination of both? Are you looking at him for a major rework down the road?

I'd also like to say he's one of my favorite champions and my battlecast skin is among my favorites! I love that he is mechanically fairly simple, yet rewarding when you master it. Being able to predict your enemy for the clutch knock-up separates the good from the great. There is nothing more satisfying than saving an ally by throwing a Q under the adc when you know that fed Zed on the enemy team is thirsty.

I love that he can do well with several builds. I think this adds much-needed diversity. His ability to fill multiple roles makes him a reasonable first-pick if I don't know my enemy laner.

Others may not agree, but I think his kit is reasonably healthy. I think it would be fair to see his silence given the Darius apprehend treatment and not affecting units that leave its range before the cast animation. I understand it's frustrating when you think you flashed out only to be silenced. This aside, I think his abysmal mobility, cooldowns, and the nature of his Q give very clear weaknesses that offset the strength of his burst and tankiness.

I'd also like to add I like his identity as a champion! This huge monstrosity that devours all in his path. I think his kit fits perfectly.

Chogath is a lot of fun and I genuinely love playing him.

It's criminal to not even mention the glory that is Gentlemen Cho'gath
