How many diamond smurfs are stuck in silver ELO?

considering how garbage silvers are, I doubt a diamond smurf could get stuck there unless they were playing a support since in that case you're more at the mercy of your useless team.

I am in silver - I read the post game chats - theres basically a diamond smurf in every other game complaining about how hard they carry and still lose. Silver problems. You've got it backwards too - if you want to carry - you should support.
