Eve rework idea

Just make her perma-invis an active ability. It drains mana while stealthed and provides a movespeed boost when broken. Keep the vision mechanics the same, breaks stealth when spotted, can't cast until out of combat for X time. Integrate it into her W. Draining mana takes away her ability to stay stealthed to stage a fight.
