Fix Matchmaking

Im in gold 2 so i should be playing with high gold and low plat if i have a normal-good mmr, which i do have. But recently ive been put in matches where the whole other team is gold or even some plat and members of my team are silver. Thats too big of a gap in a match when i have normal mmr and honestly do not expect to carry the full team especially when i dont get my lane and then get my laner banned. even if they have a high mmr to be playing with me and other high golds, the other team shouldnt have all high golds or low mmr plats, in the end the amount of experience or judgement is too big and they end up feeding. He was a jax picked into a kled and fed the kled/ the jng graves, he didnt even have mastery 4 on the jax and picked him into a champ he never has seen. Just find a way to keep players near my elo and mmr with me, not some silver who got a lucky winstreak to boost his mmr...
