Carry me out of G2

Just want to climb but i can never get a good team, honestly im not just blaming my team theyre bad. Like i end up being the only tank but they dont even do damage cause they dont understand team comp or team fighting, then i cant split cause im the only tank. Maybe i am bad and its really all my fault, I just need to get out of gold and ill be happy, anyone capable please.
