Wanna climb out of gold. Gold 2 now

I main top Garen. Idk what it is but past 6 matches or so ive just had terrible teams who cant stop feeding in one lane. Havnt found another champ i think i can carry the full team with so id prefer some help doing it. Friend me if you think you can help me out, any position is fine as long as you can carry too
