If I message Riot support can they change my rank?

So i grinded and tried super hard to get Diamond this season, I got it I'm sitting around Diamond3/Diamond 2 now (constantly ranking up to d2 then demoting to d3 again repeatedly). I basically just play support and specifically only play Soraka as she is my best support champion by far, this is because that's basically the only role I can play at this diamond level. I usually play a lot of mid/adc but if I play mid lane (I main mid lane Lux) in this elo I get smashed. So I basically can onyl stick to support and onyl Soraka. And last night I got chat restricted for calling the 3 teammates who were flaming me "idiots". They kept saying how they were going to report me because I was "trolling", their reasoning being I had electrocute on Soraka (which I said at the beginning of the game was an accident) when they kept on blaming me I did call them idiots for thinking I was trolling. So anyway apparently that's enough for me to get chat restricted and now I'm honor level 1. I tried to appeal to Riot because I've never not got my end of season rewards I'm actually pretty positive player and I literally just called them idiots that's it. But no they said I was toxic and it doesn't matter.

So now that I don't get my end of season rewards, I don't awnt to be diamond anymore. It's awful, I can't play mid or adc anymore because I'm not good enough, and my game quality is so bad compared to when I was in mid platinum. Mid platinum I hardly ever got ragequitters or people giving up because they died once or twice. Now I get those type of players so often that I don't go a day without it. I just want to be mid platinum again is there any way Riot can change my mmr and rank back to like platinum3??

If you just don't play ranked for a bit you will naturally demote to plat due to rank decay. Also, the new season is starting in a few weeks and your rank will reset anyways.

The only thing i can really think of is when you do placements next season play off roles and not support. And then during the season play less support, and you will naturally get to a rank/mmr that naturally matches your average skill for all roles, and there you should be able to get more meaningful practice on roles outside support while not just getting smashed b/c you are outmatched by that much on the role.

Within the rules I think this is your best bet, obviously you could soft int/grief games trying to lose til your rank/mmr fell but that'd be fkd up.

They can't. I refuse to intentionally throw games to make a low level account and asked to get put at the bottom of the ladder once.
