Lux is one of the lowest winrate champions right now, is there any plans from Riot to help her?

Pretty much all major websites have Lux at one of the lowest winrate champions right now. OP.GG has her at 140th lowest winrate out of 147 champions. She feels so unplayable right now because nearly every game is a loss with her.. she's way to weak early game and early game is all that matters right now. Plus everything in the world counters her.. I main her mid and nearly every meta mid champ counters her and she can't survive and is too weak early in damage and survivability. And in support not only was the income gutted, but also her counters are meta there too (like naut and leona) and they nerfed her w max build so can't even go that + aftershock anymore.

Pls i just want to play my main champ but she's way to weak right now
