Is Xayah good right now?
Was just curious, so if I start playing her more for Ranked, I want to be sure she's a decent carry. I know Vayne is good right now so she's on my list!

Yeah I'd say she's pretty good, maybe not Ezreal, MF, or Varus level good, but she's still a solid option.
Considering she's not in the bottom tiers like Cait and Ashe, yeah she's pretty up there.
Xayah is a power player... If you are good with her. You can very easily dominate a lane if you can consistantly line up your feathers to block enemy laners out of csing, while also csing well yourself.
Her strong suit early game is her lane push can be insane. You can also utilize her feathers to essentially create damage walls against the enemy adc/support. Most people are scared to stand in front of a feather, if they are silly enough to risk it to dive in and/or farm cs it should = you stunning them and returning fire. However again it really depends on if you are good with xayah or not, if you can time the ult more as an escape than a kill I would assume you are good :)
