Worried about Kassadin

Kassadin right now is weak to be considerated an assasin. He is suffering too much early game. Kassadin's Q interrupts channel: Useless against many champs, useful against some which kassadin never face in lane as Nunu, Fiddlesticks, Janna, etc. Against mid laners, your Q has literally nothing but damage. Your W is right. It Recuperates a little of your mana and deals some damage, not bad. E- Void Pulse: This ability is good but the requiriments are one of the most ridiculous i have ever seen in lol. In early game E's CD would be like 20 to 25 seconds because it requires 6 charges. (E in Early game would have a CD around 30-40 CD, Checked. Mid Game will be like 20 CD and Late Game would be around a 8 CD. True, not joking). It feels like you have 3 abilities instead 4 most of the time (E is literally invisible before late game). In late game it will be like 7-8 seconds assuming you have 40% CD Reduction. 6 charges to use E. Not even 4 but 6. Kassadin's E definitly needs a little buff in the charges. You can let Q as how it is now but at least change the requiriments for E to 4 charges. Kassasin's mobility was what defined him but now everyone has mobility. Zed has mobility, more damage and no mana requeriments. Katarina is more balanced than zed but still do not requires mana! With kassadin it is another history. You need to be always watching your mana, and because E is most of the time on CD, it is useless before Late late game. What defines kassadin now? Well, in my opinion as an Otp Kassadin Player i would say that the many weaknesses he has, define him. In my opinion He is harder to use than zed, ahri, yasuo. Not because you should be really skilled but because you have too limited resources. Kassadin no longer has magic defense per level. That is why Kassadin is now beaten even by mages. I like Kassadin but if this is how you want him please delete the champion. I prefer not to see a champ than seing it in too much disaventaje against all the other champs. Kassadin could look like an easy champ but he is more difficult than what people expect. Your R last too much time before refresing the mana. You need to wait like 10 seconds before the cost of your R reduces from 800 mana to 50 mana, meanwhile you have no mobility because you only have mobility thanks to your R (i have noticed that zed with Q,W, and E does more damage than kassadin's Q,W,E,R combo. And i do not want nerf for zed but a little buff to kassadin to be in similar conditions). I would want R's time to low the mana cost to be 5 or 6 seconds.
