Yi is only a low elo noob stomper. Just CC him and easy game.

Unfortunately giving these statistics and taking into consideration the wise statement of Yi being a low elo noob stomper, I have grew consistently worried about league players.

If someone is aware of this strange phenomenon where league players are magically becoming nobs and refuse to CC Yi, I had like to hear what you propose as a solution to this problem. Yi? No, leave him out. He is obviously not the problem. His only job is dealing with noobs, it is not his fault.
