At this moment we have way too much damage everywhere.
Why should we have then a summoner spell on low CD compared to other summoner spells and which doesn't exactly do low damage? Is it because the enemy assasin fails all his combo and he needs ignite to kill you with AAs?
Seriously, explain to me why do we need a summoner spell adding damage to the game when damage is already excesive in the game. The icing on the cake?
If your only argument is "there is too much damage already" then you instantly lose.

hmm i wouldnt say it does that, take a heal and it kills ignite on demand if it bothers you that much, seems its most viable for early game frankly.
Ignite should be on a longer cooldown, but I think it should tick more. Also cleanse it. I use cleanse mid lane because they either have CC or ignite/exh. Cleanse is broken
