One...maybe two things to fix QIyana?
Instead of her Q being so short without an enchantment lengthen it, give her a little more poke potential and increase the base damage. Not a whole bunch but enough to where it COULD be a threat if she is successful at landing it. Keep the hit box thin though.
On enchant instead of having only half of it do the enchantment and have a collision effect have it go the full distance no matter what. Her whole thing is that she can shape land and do it so well that no other elementalist can rival her and as a child can take out her older sister who has studied longer than her...so why does she feel like a champion who doesn't have a full grasp on her powers. So like that super long double range she gets now? but the whole length of the skillshot is enhanced and it goes through all units and champions. None of the CC or Bonus Damage is high enough to be VICIOUS at low levels but half the time if you even nick the side of a minion it completely ruins your chance of getting the kill with an enhanced Q. I doubt someone like Qiyana would be stopped by a MINION of all things.
I love her playstyle its FUN which is something that is lacking in league right now I feel like. But if youre going to make a complex assassin who is not someone that anyone can just PICK UP and be successful with you have to have a nice reward system. Again I don't even think she needs buffs across the board. Her Q to me is the main thing that bugs me.
The other thing, is that her Shockwave in my opinion, should push enemies all the way back not just slightly. I mean it might but visually it doesn't read so. Also if its a shockwave that implies an initial explosion, so maybe just have it deal small amounts of ult damage on cast and then if you hit an element, you get some Bonus Damage.
I don't know just some thoughts!
