Let's talk reworks

So we all have known for a while now who are the next champions to receive a full blown rework: Urgot and Evelynn. We know from the now proven leaks, that Urgot is turning to an almost immobile tank who is gonna the closest thing to a fortress in League, which I don't know how I feel about since he has, IMO, potential to stay as an Marksman with cannon hands; but that is pretty much confirmed. And Evelynn we know is turning into the baby of Vel'koz and Taliyah?!, OK; fan art is gonna enjoy that. Now, from that point on, having tackled Urgot, who desperately needed it, which champs can we expect to get a Visual and Gameplay Update? I'll would argue for Quinn, but I'm posting a thread on Marksmen focusing only on those guys, I'm a silver AD main, I think I have the most to talk about in that role. So we'll leave ADCs for now. Let us separate the arguments in two categories: Visual and Gameplay, meaning that I'll first discuss the guys that are getting close to the retirement age and therefore need a visual overhaul; then I'll talk about those who need help Gameplay wise, that doesn't mean that just because the meta is not right for them they qualify, these are champs who in any meta, would not be viable. Let's begin: Visual- Amumu, Blitzcrank, Brand, Hecarim ,Leona. Gameplay- Xin Zhao, Twisted Fate, Rammus, Mordekaiser, Kennen, Garen, Aatrox, Annie, Dr. Mundo ,Kayle, Malphite, Nocturne, Nunu, Udyr. First, let's get out of the way the champs that I just think need the visual treatment, who IMO have interesting kits that are not one dimensional: Amumu, Blitzcrank, Brand, Leona, and Hecarim. These have cool abilities which match well with their rest of their kits, and have their place in the some meta, can they use a little more depth, sure, but I don't feel as they need to be the next big updates. The next ones I do feel need that big update that can bring them out of the shadows, sorta, let's list them one by one and the reason I feel they need help. Quick note, I have some ideas for the potential reworks for some but not for other, so you guys can help out:

1. Xin Zhao: this is a diver who excels at clearing out the jungle and can duel extremely well, think is he is one dimensional and there is only one combo, E into the enemy, and just press button hoping you win with Life steal and AS. I just feel that for someone with his lore and potential, there is more that can be done.
2. Twisted Fate: same problem with TF, one dimension play style, and the same problem with most of the guys in this list. I think it would be cool if they either make him a very mobile assassin/burst mage, like making his ult a lot shorter range but be one of his basic abilities so he could more around the battle cc'ing people or something like that. Or maybe making him a Marksman, :)
3. Rammus: this guy got a mini rework where I just don't feel they did much to change his play style, like they did with Amumu, so I think they should revisit him but this time the full package.
4. Mordekaiser: oh the Marksman who is not a Marksman but still one shots people and has dragons for pets. The idea behind a melee champ who is better going bot coupled with a hard cc support to land his burst on squishies was definitely cool, and dragons for pets on top of that. I just feel that even as cool as it sounds, it's a make or break design where he either is op or never played; so I would love if they went back to the drawing board with this Iron Man, but keep the pet dragons.
5. Kennen: Rekkles' pocket pick, this yordle ninja has so much going for him/her, it is sad not to see him/her find an identity, is it a mage or a marksman, is it AP or AD; seriously what's up with this champ.
6. Garen: Demacian justice has not been served for this guy, even though the change to his ult to do more dmg to the Villain was dope, the rest of his kit doesn't match up, his q is simple, his passive is meme worthy, and his w is useless. His Bay blade ability is cool though.
7. Aatrox: they have tried to hard to fix this guy, but I guess they don't know what to do, I mean in his lore he is supposed to be this bad ass war deity who strikes fear in the eye of the enemy. Why does he need a GA passive again? An actual good rework together with his voice over, bon appetite.
8. Annie: even though AnnieBot is a cool guy and everything, this champ is stupid, let's face it Flash+Tibbers never gets old, and by this point it should had have.
9. Dr. Mundo: I mean there's not much to say about these guy, he has the potential to be either the Hulk of League, the Bane, but instead he looks derpy most of the time with his tongue out.
10. Kayle: an angel who is at war with Morgana and is supposed to represent the Light, well, the only thing shinning is her ult and even then is another GA abilities that makes no sense. I mean this champ really deserves divine intervention.
11. Malphite: CAN YOU SMELL... no, lets not go there. Joke aside, in-game Malphite looks like the retarded cousin of the Malphite in CG videos. I mean they really need to get their art team to focus on this guy. Also, his play style is what they didn't want from Sejuani, wait for ult and then wait for ult again.
12. Nocturne: this is one the saddest characters to not being able to archive in-game fantasy. I mean we are talking about a literal nightmare, it is supposed to be the greatest of all fear; I mean i guess I get scare when my screen turn mostly black and he is about to one shot me, but that's not enough.
13. Nunu: another old champ who they still haven't figure out a play style for, I mean I would just ditch the little kid and focus on the yeti, I mean an Avalanche ult would be cool, there is room for the abominable snowman.
14. Udyr: RIP trick2g, this is one of the very few champs to have an ultimate skin to his name, and still one of the very least played or playable for all that matters. Think about it, a spirit guardian who controls the power of different animals, and all he does is bear stance stun you and then run away til that ability comes off cool down. C'mon Riot, you can do better.

As you can see, there is lot of champs who really need help and maybe there's more than these, or maybe you disagree with one from the list. Let me know in the comments.
