Singed poison radius and team side.

Does anyone else find singed has a harder time poisoning when playing from top/red side? I feel like even when im right on top of ppl the poison is completely avoid because you're typically fighting downward, this even happens with the minions. Maybe increase the radius from 20 to 25 or 30?

I think it's probably due to champions not exactly being defined, hitbox-wise, at their head. Generally speaking, if you just keep poison all around your minions, you should hurt them.
