I was thinking, what if spirit visage also increased shields by 20%? Would it be too op? I really want an item to has some sort of interaction with shields rather than just having influence through masteries.

I think it would be really nice, but there are some champions such as riven who could abuse it can't think of any other champion that has shields that fast 45% cdr lulu is 5.5 seconds ryze might really love it
