Promos + Trolls = Reporting?

I recently experienced a troll in my Gold II promos just yesterday. After picking Teemo support , afking then following me around my jungle to steal my camps I had a completely miserable game. He then went on and on about how happy he was about ruining my overall Amumu KDA. After I lost my promos and had to start over, this morning the same thing happened.

An Ahri was being a jackass and saying stupid things and name calling Olaf. Then Olaf said he was trolling now because of Ahri's behaviour, now if anyone really believes that ruining the game for 3 other people because of 1 person is actually correct, then you're really really selfish and weak minded. We told him to be a big boy and just mute Ahri, but no he proceeded to feed on purpose and continue doing so if Ahri said anything, and of course being a great team mate Ahri continued being himself and name calling and being an abusive ass. So bot and I decided to report them both but the enemy team was like 'meh' no big deal just a game.

My problem here is that the enemy team thinks that just because they are essentially getting free LP that they shouldn't report the player cause it's not their problem. This truly is a disgusting way to think about it because when it comes time for trolls on your team you're pulling your hair out raging. I know there will always be trolls but ti can be easily dealt with if the enemy team wouldn't be so selfish. Because when ever someone is feeding on purpose on the enemy team I don't kill them no matter what, because I find what they are doing is wrong. So if you after reading this can please keep this in mind for yourself.
