item 3134 (1337g) + item 1038 (1550g) + 313 gold = Blade of Decimation [total cost 3200].

80 AD 10% CDR 10 ARP

Unique effect: Doing physical damage with an ABILITY, refunds X% of the cost (different values for energy/fury/mana).

Yes or No? AD casters lack items, rito please.

Prolly up the price to 3500, but I think there is a problem in having High AD items with armor pen. I just think the stats it would give would be too efficient for AD champions, which is why I think the price would have to increase.

The passive is completely bullshit though tbh. I feel like you would have to make it pseudo Sheen proc like. Say "after casting an ability, your next basic attack refunds X% of your missing mana (possibly double it when attacking champions); this effect cannot occur more than once every x seconds." If the item just straight up refunded mana/fury/energy for hitting your ability, poke champions would run rampant as they would not have to invest as heavily into mana or bluebuffs while also getting very useful stats. Energy and Fury champs do not need any help so I would limit it to be mana based as far as sustain.

All in all, I just think it's a flawed concept to give heavy mana sustain to AD casters. The thing about Morellos and Athene's for AP mages is that they do not have any other meaningful damage away from their abilities, but AD champs will always have AA's if they are low on mana, or their abilities are on CD, so they will be useful (though less so) even without mana.
