Just remove Sion from the game

I don't thing I've ever been more frustrated in my life than I have trying to play this champion. His E is thinner than a fucking pencil, his R is dodge able by anyone with a brain stem, and the same for his Q. Having people laugh spam at you as they effortlessly sidestep your ult or e is infuriating. And don't even get me started on his passive... Playing this champion is nothing but misery. He was already shitty before the patch but because you guys don't know how numbers work you increased his mana costs and nerfed his already horrible passive.

Tldr, just remove him all he does is bait players into having a miserable experience
