Just a Point of Clarity for me for this Rune Discussion, Mostly @Riot

I never asked for nor expected a full refund. I don't have that many runes to begin with because I tried to only get and make do with basic pages until i owned all the champions. (personal decision since I don't play ranked I didn't care much)

The issues I'm having is that I was under the impression i would get around 40% back and now i'm getting 10-20%. Not only that but it's a fixed number instead of based on the price of the rune. Runes varied in price and usually the most efficient and effective runes would cost more. Why are people who tried to get a better page being punished more? Why are people who really wanted to get a specific unique page punished more?

That's my issue with how this is being handled. Please discuss I want to hear other peoples thoughts on the matter.
