He is also the single most squishy mage ever, his Q is also crazy easy to dodge if you are not slow as sht.

And if you see people doing things like that just take a really mobile champion up top like say Riven who eats him for breakfast, that is a lane she will always win nay any mobile champion will always win, top lane Ahri is the way to go you got damage, true damage, range and mobility now thats scary

Well yeah. He's a counterpick probably. He won't get picked often except to counter champs with no mobility and still be relevant cross map because of his ulti. It's rather ingenious.

If someone wants to play Karth but they get counterpicked top they can always go mid. If you want to play one of the above and Karth goes top well you simply can't play them at all.

I'm guessing it's a combination of Karthus players being extra careful to keep their distance top lane and maybe having a jungler who complements him well. could also be him healing with the new item 3010 , I don't know karthus well enough to know if it's best to buy item 3070 , , both or something else entirely. I don't even know what the best keystone mastery is for him :L

DFT is probably the best for him despite the nerf at the start of the season (TLD way too hard to proc with just Q), but if the team is all squishies I can see Stormraider's being......"okay".

Second lowest playrate in top aside from Urgot. Only Karthus Top mains are playing him.

Not necessarily. Karthus top is a counterpick. People won't be maining Karthus top because most matchups don't favor him; there's a reason why he's an even more unpopular top than he is mid. He's a pick meant to counter a few specific champions and maybe fill a hole in a team, like giving the team late game power because the rest of the team is early game champions.

His damage just isn't on par with the current top tier picks. His laning isn't the strongest, yet he doesn't deal crazy end-game damage either. His safety isn't a guarantee of consistency, which means his winrate is tanking currently.

Since Kalista is a similar ADC, she suffers from the same problems. With mages being popular once again, there is no need for strong waveclear on ADCs. The nerfs the two got didn't help them either.

I mean look at Aurelion Sol. He was rocking that low of a winrate for awhile and now he is apparently busted. I'd give it time, but she does seem wayyyyyy too situational of a pick to be really strong (only one reliable damage ability really).

He was not rocking a 36% winrate. He released to a respectable 46%, which is normal for newly released or reworked champions. This kind of winrate is what Bard and Syndra had on release, and they needed major help before they stopped being shit.

She's very very positioning-dependant, like... more than Vayne. Zyra also does most of what she does, but better. Zone mage, damage fields, CC.

She's situational and extremely position dependent. Some parts of her kit are also iffy, like how she's extremely reliant on using W to knock people into her E for damage, but you can't cast anything else while W is going off. Meaning you have to cast E first which hugely telegraphs her combo.

She seemed fine only in the PBE sense that anything can seem fine when you play it against PBE players. IF you aren't 30-0 stomping a game on the PBE, it probably means the champion is underpowered.

Eh, both of those are rather different, Syndra was just outright bad from what I hear and Bard only had some small changes (The only major change was the mana recover on his chimes) and it was mostly people getting their team killed with bad E's and ults.

If I were to buff Taliyah, it would be to give her an actual passive. Unless they decide to make her a jungler, she can't afford to have both a crappy passive and a utility ult with no damage while also having so much counterplay to all her damage.

my thoughts on her is that q deals a lot of damage, but the ground stay shitted for way too long, and her w-e combo is hard to pull it off

She's either completely useless and free gold for enemy team, or... she's just a minion that does minimal damage. I've gone into bot games as taliya and gotten super fed, and even with full build against bots her damage is still underwhelming.

I've noticed that Taliyah has some kind of global taunt, similar to Teemo. I just played a game where I was constantly camped and tower dived from all over the place lol. But in previous games, I also also focused where ever I went. The enemy team just seemed to magically magnetize towards me. Not sure if it's because Taliyah's kit doesn't have a hard escape tool or if it's because she's the new champ and gets so much attention or maybe both. Just my experience though. Not sure what others have experienced.
