Why does Korea avoid buying Last Whisper on crit ADC?

Watching the last few weeks of LCK, I have noticed a distinct lack of a very popular item in solo queue for AD carries: Last Whisper, and I can't put my head around it. You often see Caitlyns running Statikk, IE, RFC, and GA before even considering Last Whisper, and by then most games are over. Often they fight by picking away at the enemy tanks, who are running Omen and even thornmail. I don't understand why they're not opting into Last Whisper?

What do the pro Korean teams know about this item that makes them avoid it so much? Personally, I have great success running it as 3rd item or 4th item if needed.

because crit adc deal so much damage, especially with stattic crits, that it practically makes no difference if they have armor pen if you dont combine randuins and tabi specifically.

plus, a lot of meta adc the past few patches like vayne and kog maw have either max health % magic or true damage in their kits and dont care if you built armor.

High damage ADCs. Try doing that with Ashe and watch as you magically do no damage.

Its really not needed most games... it only provides 10 damage and the armour penetration is only for bonus not total which means that any armour you buy will be penetrated... so unless the enemy have lots and lots of armour then thats when its ok to buy... IE some Zeal item(s) and survavility is betetr than penetrating through lets say 1 or 2 armour items IMO even if you do upgrade LW .... but yeh if the enemy has lots and lots of armour throughout the team then its probably best to buy it
