Cho jungle with...Fleet footwork?

So people play Sejuani with fleet footwork, and I watched some videos on it about why they do. It's so she can stick to people in teamfights and get those E stacks off faster so she can get the stun. I was thinking, Cho'gath is kind of the same with his own E, not for the stun, but the slow, that makes his Q easier to land. I have tried it a couple of times, and it just feels amazing. It also feels great in the jungle. I mean, grasp is definitely the best keystone rune on him on toplane, but hardly in the jungle. Reason for this is that ganks rarely last more than 4 second.

So I tried fleet footwork, and my favorite thing about it is ganking top by using the next minion wave. I walk into the lane just as the minion wave passes the enemy tower. I then auto one of the minions to get the 30% movement speed buff towards the enemy laner. I then activate my E and wait for them to flash or leap out somehow. I then Q them to secure the kill. It works wonders. My successrate when ganking has skyrocketed with this method.

I never miss the extra health that grasp gives you anyway. How much is it, like 50 health extra for a normal laning phase? The constant healing and sticking power provided by fleet footwork is just so much worthwhile. Paired with blue smite, the amount of kiting or sticking you can do is ridiculous.

Anyone else tried this? What do you think, can this become meta somewhere down the line?
