So, I was wondering to myself, who are the best disruptors? Now what I mean by disruptors is basically uber tanky bruisers that deal enough damage to threaten ADC's causing the tanks to peel really hard, leaving the front lines to defend their ADC? What I mean is, the bruiser is too tanky for the AD to kill and is extremely hard to kite, requiring the tanks to fall back and peel? Examples: Udyr, Shyv with ult bork and w active, Jax, Renekton and Garen. Thanks guys!

Imho Malphite, Rammus and Nautilus are pretty much the top of the pack atm. I also like Galio, but he's not meta. Still pretty darn effective, even without focusing on magic resist.
is the absolute queen of disrupts/disengage. Trying to stick to an opponent being protected by a good Janna is a real uphill battle.
Because of her passive and item build, she's super tanky and can get to the adc pretty easily with her heroic charge/steadfast.
If you let him farm enough stacks he'll just walk through your team and bring the cane down on your adc.

I don't think that word means what you think it means.
Dissruption = amazing crowd-control/disable potential for most players.
What you seem to be describing with the fallowing:

Is, in the most general sense, a fighter.
It's worth pointing out the key difference between tanks and fighters is that tanks are tanky CC and fighters are tanky DPS, or more specifically the tanky targets that are extreemly dissruptive are specifically the tanky units you're not looking for.
For what you seem to be asking, tankyness and mobility is usually counterbalanced among itself within the fighter class, though you've still got options when it comes to being difficult to run away from and obnoxiously bulky:
