Do you know which champions are able to use Movement Speed Quintessences well?

I know Aurelion Sol, Hecarim, and Singed can use the MS quintessences well but do you guys know what other champions can utilize it well?

Anyone can make good use of it. It's one of the best quints you can buy as it is applicable to anyone.

nearly any jungler

cuz the faster you move from jungle to lane etc creates more map pressure
