How about new sightstone buffs. Ruby sightstone up 420 gold but has a new passive. That lets you have an additional ward of each type. And another one. Upgrades from sightstone makes all of your sightstone wards monument wards as the passive. This makes the vision controll utility lower because the max number of the monument wards kept low.
