So I just played a game with sona and earned my first S- but received no chest :( why?

did you get a chest from a friend as sona and get a chest from them? for some reason if you get a chest from a friend it locks out the champ you were playing instead of what they were playing. I have a chest for Rammus when my highest game score was a B- lol.
