I got a warning for offensive language, while the person that probably reported me was constantly cursing at another allie, so i defended him and asked to stop insulting. Now I have a warning for defending a team mate? how is this fair? and what can i do?
If you're reading this, chances are you've received a message along the lines of "Warning - Your recent behavior isn't in line with how most League of Legends players act. You have been recently reported for [insert offense]. We know everyone has bad days, but remember to take it easy and make sure you're being sportsmanlike."

Ultimately, if you get this message and you feel like you've been wrongfully reported, you honestly don't have to do anything. The report will be reviewed, and if it turns out that they reported you wrongly, your account won't receive any punishments and their reporting powers will be reduced. The message above is simply a notification that you've been reported, and is NOT an indicator of whether or not you will receive a punishment. Consider it feedback, and the next time you get the message (if there is a next time), if you didn't do anything, there's nothing to worry about!
Nothing. Riot always stands that LoL isn't real life. Self defense doesn't exist, you just have to shut up (clearly) and report if needed. You can't protect yourself/ others. Yes, this is unfair.
Sorry to hear that you got reported, but mute button is here for reason. If someone flames and it disturbs you, mute him and report after match. Don't argue with flamer, you might accidently say something unappropriate and give this person a reason to report you. Also, not every report counts. If you sometimes get warning that you got reported, but you clearly didn't do anything against Summoner's Code, you don't have to worry. The warning is an automatic message, players get it no matter if report counts or not.
