A pledge to stop surrendering

So I played a game today, and at first it looked like both teams were pretty much of the same level, like we deserved each other. The enemy team did have a fizz that slowly got extremely fed and even seemed invincible. He would gank my lane and despite of good warding and seeing him coming, he would slay me in a few seconds, no matter how fast i run. Then we arrive at the team fight stage and my team starts getting desperate as Fizz gets triple kill after triple kill... They tried surrendering and i said NO, luckily not everyone was too desperate just yet. There was a second surrender, that again, failed 2 against, 3 for. Then I spoke up and said: its only their fizz that is fed as hell, the others aren't that strong, we can take them and to my surprise, my team got motivated again. I told them that I would ult their fizz (being warwick) and they had to attack only fizz while i was doing so and then we'd take down the rest of the team. This worked out wonderfully and after a bit of a struggle, we won. So the message here is, guys, please dont surrender, or especially not too early, maybe not at all, you never know. Make a plan with you team, you can turn it around, focus on fed champions and work together. I can tell you that a win like this made my whole team a lot happier than an easy win and I can assure you that they are glad they listened to me and stopped surrendering. this got me three honours (two for teamwork one for honorable opponent) and two friend requests.
