Legit Proposition to fix Jungle (read Devourer) Vayne

instead of as an on hit effect. code it to only apply the silver arrows stack from basic attacks alone.

since the ghost is merely a bot that applies on hit effects and actually deals no damage he'll no longer be able to deal a basic attack to apply stacks.

if the coding is too difficult to do an end around on vayne to change the way it applies i thought of a way to fix that too.

Code Vayne as an exception to the devourers effect and simply state that she's been made to only apply the bolts on basic attacks.

it achieves the same effect considering is the only item in game that only applies on hit effects and it wont effect her item interaction anywhere else.

as it stands i honest;y cant see any reason why Vayne now becomes the only viable ADC jungle in the game simply due to an over-synergy with one single item that benefits her far and above any other "Marksman" class. I consider devourer a nice addition to the jungle. i love playing my again now, but this is just too much down here in low Elo.

some people say counter pick her, but i play with friends that cant even play ranked. How can i counter pick in blind's and team builder?
