considering his highest winrate build on Champ.gg is

my math says thats 175 bonus damage, at 20% he's getting ~31 damage back at full build. Which means at best it's just a love tap to his early game and that's it.
which is fine. but not what was wanted. I hate his mobility. I hate his flow shield. I hate the safety his ult provides under towers. I hate A LOT of things about his kit.
What I dont hate is his damage, because all you have to do is catch him and kill him first in a damage race. The real problem is every advantage his kit gives him in letting him win the race.
I dont think this is the best way to do this Rito.
