Skins dont appear in Team Builder in literally every game

I've played over a dozen team builder games over the past few days working on some single champion amstery and on literally every single game i play, if i dont specifically de-select and re-select the skin i want then i go into the game without my skin.

the champion pick screen will show my selected skin, but if i dont pick a different skin and go back every. single. time. then in whichever game i play the game i didnt do that for will be without a skin.

and just to show you how irritating it is i wrote the first line a second time in a different way for the second line. i constantly see people in team builder complaining about their skin not loading as as one who has played a handful without mine i sympathize heavily. please fix.
