What really needs to change?

I've seen so many post about this season asking for this or that. So I decided to create a post where people can simply talk about everything they think should change, or simply what is wrong with this season.

From the fact that 3 AD's hold the best win rates for 3 different roles, to the meta being 2-3 ads + supp an tank, or 3 tank 1 adc an supp, to the dynamic que not making ranked actually competitive, so on and so forth. So have at it, discuss it all here. Discuss item problems, balance changes. who needs nerfs, the lack of shielding/damage absorb on the end game stats, you name it, you talk about it.
