Ornn is not a support. Stop picking it
Ornn is barely even a champion, why would you pick him into the most important role atm and gimp your adc's chance of being able to carry? Please, just stop it.

Ornn works great as support. There will always be trash on any champion Look at Yasuo there is no In-between with Yasuo. They either go 10/0 or 0/10. These same people doing bad are probably the same people who just got him and is trying him out. Bots do nothing to help you learn and even in Practice tool the biggest weakness there is they is no moving targets. So they have to practice in live games.
I'm a Kinesthetic Learner. So just watching random streams moments and guides don't really help me learn champions much. Not everyone can easily learn by watching other players play the champion.
Supp might even be one of his better roles.
He can't really jungle and top lane you can only pick him into a very small set of champions, which is okay on its own but puts him into a very shitty niche
Got rank 7 with ornn the day after hey came out. Played him support and jungle. Did great in both roles. Just because you cant make him work doesnt mean hes bad
at the very least i feel like he is "normal game" support. maybe not ranked XD
Morgana support used to be considered a troll pick till people found out how good it was/can be.
I mean in Korean Challenger he was chosen support by one guy for 6 games (3:3). But yea.
Orn Support seems viable, not sure why you think it's an issue.
At top he's a champ that has been really good at keeping me in lane, tough to kill and if you leave him he'll push like hell, so I think he's fairly good at top lane
