Since When Has Vayne Needed any Buffs Whatsoever?

This leads into a thing riot needs to stop, and I'm happy that the changes got reverted, but who in their right mind would buff Vayne? Removing tumble crits was good, and it should have stopped there, but they feel the need to "compensation buff" everything for no apparent reason. If something is broken, you don't help it, you bring it down to a balanced state, not shift power so it's still broken now just in a slightly different way. She'll still offer little to no counterplay since she needs insane mobility/invisibility and hard cc for some reason (one or the other, an adc doesn't need both). Probably gonna get hate because "Vayne Takes Mechanics" but what do you guys think? Seems like Riot is more and more out of touch with the community.
