I was looking at the Learn More: Worlds Season 2018 Event, and I saw this:

Deciding to buy later? Don’t worry; we'll stash the tokens you would have earned (excluding missed Worlds Pass First Wins of the Day) for you to claim upon purchase.

Does this mean, like if I wanted to buy K/DA Kaisa in a few months and I have the worlds pass, and I played enough games that I would get around 2500 tokens if the event were still going, I could buy K/DA Kaisa for the tokens?

The even ends November 19th. Once the event ends you will no longer be able to get the skin. What it means by saving tokens for you, is that when you earn tokens you would have needed the Worlds Pass to earn, they get stored in a tab under missions. "World Tokens Stash" You cannot claim this "Stash" until you buy the Pass. That is what it means by storing tokens for you if you want to buy the Pass later. Either way. November 19th and everything worlds related will be gone. So act quick!!

The stash is the Tokens you would have earned If you bought the worlds Pass. The Event ends on November 19th. If you dont have it by then you wont be able to get it later.
