Lissandra Passive Takes Eye of Rift = No Rift Herald For You

So we were doing a custom game, and our opponent said they killed herald, but never actually got the eye. This is because the Lissandra passive took it. The picture is in the link. I hope this gets fixed, as it is very derpy.
