Why are people running attack speed on J4?

Who runs attack speed on j4?

His E gives him an attack speed buff when he's near it, so I guess they're just trying to add onto that with maybe some damage (Like BotRK)

Probably generic Jungle rune pages. AS is the standard mark to use if you 1: Can't afford to specialize your rune pages for different junglers, or 2: Don't really care. AS isn't *bad *on J4, it just isn't amazing on him. I'd probably take raw AD over AS for better clear and gank damage though.

Attack Speed quints are SUPER stat-efficient.

Go run their gold value compared to AD or armor pen.
